Fondaco dei Tedeschi – Venezia – Italia
T Fondaco dei Tedeschi presents an exhibition featuring glass objects designed by Marina and Susanna Sent and realized by Maestro Andrea Zilio. These vases, which are tough and fragile at the same time, evoking the prison world and the inmates’ souls, represent a significative moment in artistic research.
Inspired by water and the glimmering of the lagoon, they are poetic objects, suspended between the evanescence and the material consistence of glass, playing with both matter and the ephemerald by celebrating the expressivity of a spontaneous gesture, typical of an informal approach in the arts.
